The Galyarder ecosystem is designed as a modular, distributed platform where Intelligence (Framework) and Governance (HQ) work in perfect symmetry to automate the 1-Man Army.

3. HQ Discovery Loop

Galyarder HQ is built to "listen" to your file system. It parses your project's Digital HQ structure to: - Map the Org Chart based on active reports. - Visualize the mission status via Linear integration. - Archive decisions and milestones for long-term memory.

User Experience

Standalone (Framework only):
